Dhaka, May 22 -- Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) Central General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir on Friday claimed that the armed men accompanying National Citizen Party (NCP) Chief Coordinator Nasiruddin Patwary in Jhenaidah were activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir.

He also alleged that Nasiruddin Patwary had gone to Jhenaidah with the intention of creating mob violence.

Nasir made the remarks in a Facebook status posted in the afternoon.
