The edited artworks, released ahead of James Bond Day on October 5, showed the iconic 007 agent without his trademark Walther PPK pistol. In posters for Dr. No and GoldenEye, the gun was airbrushed out, while in A View to a Kill, Roger Moore's arm was unnaturally extended to hide the weapon.
