After years of neglect, rescued elephant Badsha Bahadur gets a second chance
Dhaka, July 23 -- Under the close supervision of veterinarians at the Bangladesh National Zoo, Badsha Bahadur, an Asian elephant believed to be over 50 years old, is fighting for a new lease on life.
Bearing the marks of old age, chronic leg injuries and years of neglect, the elephant is now receiving intensive treatment and care.
