Chandpur, Aug. 6 -- Police have submitted a charge sheet against 275 people, including former ministers Dr Dipu Moni and Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya and two former lawmakers, in a case filed over attacks, vandalism and explosions during the July-August 2024 student-people's movement in Chandpur.

The charge sheet also included Dipu Moni's brother and district Awami League vice-president Dr J R Wadud Tipu, former minister Maya, former Chandpur-1 (Kachua) MP Dr Selim Mahmud and former Chandpur-2 (Matlab North and South) MP Advocate Nurul Amin Ruhul.
