14 killed in Saudi Aramco helicopter crash
RIYADH, June 28 -- A helicopter belonging to Saudi Aramco has crashed, killing all 14 people on board, the Saudi Press Agency reported Sunday, citing the country's Energy Ministry.
The helicopter crashed in the country's eastern coastal city of Ras Tanura, the ministry said, adding the deaths were all Saudi citizens.
Investigations are underway to determine the causes of the crash, it said.
Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia's state-owned energy giant, is widely recognized as the world's largest corporate crude oil producer.
