Dhaka, Aug. 7 -- Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) organised a commemorative discussion and cultural programme titled 'Austachole Rabi' (The Sun Sets with Rabi) on Thursday evening, marking the 84th death anniversary of the polymath, Nobel Laureate and Bard of Bengal - Rabindranath Tagore.
The event took place at the National Art Gallery Auditorium of BSA at 7 pm, arranged by the academy's Music, Dance and Recitation Department.
Mohammad Wares Hossain, Secretary and Acting Director General of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, presided over the programme, while Mehjabeen Rahman, Director of the department, delivered the welcome speech.
