India, Sept. 22 -- Hankook Tire has been formally recognised for its extensive corporate social responsibility efforts in Hungary, receiving the Community Contribution Award at the inaugural CSR Awards for Korean Companies in Hungary. The ceremony, hosted in Budapest by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Hungary in partnership with KOTRA and HIPA, celebrated the positive social impact of Korean businesses operating within the country.

The company's longstanding commitment to Hungary dates back to the 2006 establishment of its local factory.
