India, June 6 -- Citira, a Sweden-based company specialising in circular tyre management, has reached an agreement to acquire the Swedish truck and bus maintenance firm Malte Manson from the private equity group Accent Equity. The combination of Citira's tyre expertise with Malte Manson's vehicle servicing is designed to create a convenient, full-service offering for heavy vehicle fleets initially in Sweden, with further expansion planned across Europe.
