India, July 7 -- Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) , India's largest hospitality company, continues its growth momentum with the signing of 20 hotels in the first quarter of FY2027 reaching a portfolio of 645 hotels with an industry leading pipeline of 263 hotels. In the quarter the company also opened 11 new hotels across its brandscape.

20 signings:

17 of them in growth brands (Gateway, Ginger, Tree of Life), expanding into Bharatpur, Trichy, Sindhudurg, Jawai, Wayanad, and strengthening presence in Mumbai, Goa, Agra, and Kolkata.

Taj milestone:

Reached 150 hotels, with new signings in Dharamshala, Barapani (Meghalaya), and Kusur Valley (Maharashtra).

11 openings:

Expanded internationally with Taj Hessischer Hof (Frankfurt) and Taj Bush Lodge (Greater Kruger, South Africa). Domestically, Ginger added hotels in Hyderabad, Agra, Kota, Gadchiroli, and Siwan; SeleQtions grew with Ayodhayam (Ayodhya) and Bandra House (Mumbai); Gateway opened in Kandla.

Strategic roadmap:

On track for 700 hotels under Accelerate 2030.
