India, June 18 -- The Dubai-based carrier becomes the first UAE carrier to operate flights to Benghazi in Libya with the start of its three-times-weekly service.

Service Launch

- Flydubai has inaugurated flights to Benghazi, Libya, becoming the first UAE carrier to operate at Benghazi Benina International Airport (BEN).

- The service started on 18 June 2026 with a ceremonial water cannon salute.

Route & Schedule

- Flights operate three times weekly: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

- Route details:

- FZ 1147: DXB -> BEN, departs 06:50, arrives 10:45

- FZ 1148: BEN -> DXB, departs 11:45, arrives 19:15

- All flights depart from Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport (DXB).
