India, Aug. 2 -- All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. and IBEX Airlines Co., Ltd. announced that they have reached an

agreement on a comprehensive business partnership regarding ACMI Agreements for ANA Flights.

Partnership Framework

- Commencement: Targeted for FY2029 (subject to regulatory approval).

- Aircraft: Embraer E190-E2, aligned with ANA Group's fleet strategy.

Roles:

- ANA -> Marketing carrier (route planning, sales).
