India, Oct. 1 -- I had always thought I'd mastered the 'dinner and a movie' ritual at home. I'd have Italian food when I watched mafia movies or ate tons of desserts while watching a romantic comedy. Mostly with a box of tissues on the side!
But a growing phenomenon is bringing together food and cinema in a way that has never been done before. Chefs around the world are asking-what if the food didn't just accompany the movie, but became a part of it?
The idea is deceptively simple: Pair a movie with a menu, inspired by its most famous food moments.
