India, July 26 -- Airports are built to keep people moving. But after one traveler spotted an aircraft maintenance technician at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) and regretted not asking for his phone number, she took to Reddit and quickly sparked an airport-wide search.

It all began on July 8, when Grace Rombach was boarding an early-morning Frontier Airlines flight from Cleveland to Orlando, Florida. After making eye contact with the technician, who was working near the back of the plane, she posted in the r/Cleveland Reddit community saying she didn't want to interrupt him.
