Scotland's Grand Canyon (Of Outlander Fame) Goes Up For Sale
India, Aug. 8 -- Scotland has put up Finnich Glen, aka Scotland's Grand Canyon, for sale on a freehold basis. It is a 23-acre site that sits on a sandstone gorge. It is located approximately 30 minutes away from Glasgow and is visited by over 70,000 people a year. Buyers will also get access to approved plans for a visitor centre with a cafe or restaurant, a dedicated car parking area for 150 vehicles, and an event space. After development, visitor numbers are expected to exceed 300,000.
