India, Sept. 14 -- If Hauz Khas and Jantar Mantar are on your Delhi itinerary, it's worth knowing that the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) is carrying out conservation, repair and visitor-facility work across 10 protected monuments in the capital, meaning entry is restricted for specific structures.

Entry is not restricted to the entire monument or area, but to smaller structures within them, where localised repair work is being carried out. According to a report by the Press Trust of India, emergency structural repair is being carried out at the Hauz Khas Complex, with a portion of the buildings at Hauz Khas I being restricted to visitors.
