India, Aug. 14 -- IndiGo, one of the leading airlines in India, has announced four weekly direct flights connecting Mumbai to Tashkent in Uzbekistan and Almaty in Kazakhstan. The flights to Tashkent will begin on September 1, 2025, while the flights to Almaty are set to start on September 2, 2025. This initiative aims to connect Mumbai with these cities in Central Asia, establishing it as a key aviation hub. This announcement follows IndiGo's recent launch of a direct flight on the Mumbai to Tbilisi route in Georgia.
