Nigeria, Aug. 4 -- Planning a trip to Goa? The Goa Tourism Department has officially declared 19 activities as punishable nuisances. The move is aimed at maintaining the beauty of public places, law and order, sanitation, as well as the state's tourism appeal. Those found in defiance of the rules in Goa will be liable to fines ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 1,000,00, and legal action will be taken against them under Section 223 of the BNS.
