India, Aug. 18 -- Delhi Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta, announced a series of tourism projects and initiatives on August 15, 2025, aiming to highlight the heritage, tourism, and cultural appeal of the national capital. The announcements were made commemorating the 79th Independence Day of India, and are expected to make Delhi a global hub for tourism, innovation, and more. The tourism projects include the Yamuna Cruise, a 12-km Chhath Ghat along the River Yamuna, and a heritage circuit that connects major landmarks.
