India, Aug. 21 -- While Singapore's dining scene is vibrant, the F&B industry is notoriously challenging. Over the years, an increasing number of restaurants have been closing as fast as they open. The industry's competitive landscape has even affected celebrated establishments. For one, the past year has seen the closure of eight one-Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore, including Oshino, Sommer and Chef Kang's.
