India, July 29 -- Shares of Zydus Lifesciences Limited are likely to remain in focus after the company received a demand notice of Rs. 10.85 crore from the Office of the Superintendent of Stamps, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, relating to stamp duty on the acquisition of certain assets from Sterling Biotech Limited, a joint venture company. Zydus stated that it is evaluating the order and considering appropriate legal remedies.
