Bengaluru, May 6 -- This Small-Cap Ethanol Stock, engaged in sugar manufacturing, ethanol production, distillery operations, power generation, and renewable energy businesses serving industrial and consumer markets across India, fell 5.39 percent after the company reported March quarterly results with a 47.92 percent YoY increase in net profit.
With a market capitalization of Rs. 3,126.28 crores, the share of Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries Limited has reached an intraday high of Rs. 381 per equity share, rising nearly 5.39 percent from its previous day's close price of Rs. 402.70. Since then, the stock has retreated and is currently trading at Rs. 386.25 per equity share.
