India, Aug. 21 -- The IT company has deepened its AI tie-up with ServiceNow, essentially agreeing to run the platform on itself first with a "Client Zero" setup before those playbooks get handed off to clients. There's a new AI & Innovation Center of Excellence in the mix too, plus broader access to ServiceNow's AI tooling, all aimed at manufacturing, telecom, and BFSI customers still stuck trying to get AI pilots into actual production.
