India, July 29 -- Shares of Tanla Platforms Limited are likely to remain in focus after the company's board approved the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) through its wholly owned subsidiary, Karix Mobile FZ LLC, to acquire 100 percent of ValueFirst Middle East FZC (VF FZC). The strategic acquisition is aimed at strengthening Tanla's international footprint and expanding its enterprise communications business across key markets in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
