India, Aug. 3 -- More than 12,000 local and international delegates gathered at the SMX Convention Center Manila for Philippine Blockchain Week (PBW) 2026, transforming the venue into a hub for technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, gaming, entertainment, and public policy.

Held over three days under the theme Decoded: Deployed, the fourth edition marked a turning point in the country's digital transformation.
