India, Aug. 11 -- With Q1 FY27 signings occurring at a rate three times faster than openings, hotel room additions are increasingly coming through asset-light management and franchise agreements rather than direct ownership. This change is already increasing fee revenue and suggests that there is a sizable pipeline of rooms to come, possibly at a higher capital efficiency than the owned-hotel industry.

Lemon Tree Hotels currently trades with a market capitalisation of roughly Rs.8,608.55 crore, its share price at Rs.108.56, up 0.51 percent from its previous close of Rs.107.94. It trades at a P/E of 28.74x.
