Krishna Defence Bags Rs20 Cr Order From Ministry of Defence for Special Steel Products
India, Aug. 3 -- India's defence manufacturing sector continues to witness strong policy support as the government pushes for greater self-reliance under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative. Alongside large defence contracts, specialised component and material suppliers are increasingly benefiting from sustained procurement across the armed forces.
Shares of Krishna Defence and Allied Industries Limited closed at Rs 1,218.3, up by 1.65 percent from the previous close of Rs 1,198.5. The stock opened at Rs 1,206.7, hitting an intraday high of Rs 1,230 and a day's low of Rs 1,202. The company currently has a market capitalisation of Rs 1,821 crore.
