India, Sept. 10 -- The Pune-headquartered developer Kolte-Patil just pulled off the fastest, highest-value launch in its 35-year run with over 600 homes booked and Rs 600 crore in sales within 60 hours. It's only the opening phase of a far larger riverside project along a well-known Pune corridor, with several more phases still to launch. The timing is notable too, coming right on the heels of the company's biggest-ever Mumbai business development push which raises the question of whether this is a one-off spike or something more durable.
