India, July 8 -- India's cement industry has been accelerating investments in waste heat recovery systems (WHRS), renewable energy, and alternative fuels to reduce production costs and improve sustainability. With power and fuel accounting for a significant portion of cement manufacturing expenses, energy-efficiency projects have become an important lever for enhancing profitability and maintaining competitiveness.
Shares of KCP Limited were trading at Rs. 162.58, down 3.16 percent from the previous close of Rs. 167.88. The stock opened at Rs. 167.88, touched an intraday high of Rs. 168.19 and a low of Rs. 162.55. The company has a market capitalization of approximately Rs. 2,096 crore.
