India, Sept. 10 -- The world's largest integrated zinc producer, has locked in a new way of moving material between its mines and smelters and it's built to last years, not quarters. The agreement brings a sizable electric truck fleet onto one of the company's key transport routes, paired with dedicated charging infrastructure to support it long-term. On the surface, it reads as routine. The contract terms suggest there's more intent behind it than the announcement alone lets on.
