India, Sept. 17 -- Somewhere in Goodricke Group's latest regulatory filing is a transaction that has nothing to do with tea. The West Bengal-based planter, part of the UK's Camellia Plc, told the BSE that an asset sale conducted through public auction crossed the threshold that triggers mandatory disclosure under SEBI's rules. The filing sticks close to what's legally required no more, no less but the size of the number involved, and the timing of it, suggest there's more to the story than the paperwork lets on.
