EMS in focus after receiving Rs129.8 Crore sewerage order in Jodhpur under AMRUT 2.0
India, Oct. 8 -- The pace of growth of India's cities has been faster than that of the sewerage network below it, leaving many Indian cities to discharge their untreated sewage into water bodies and onto open lands. Such problems can be tackled only through a slow, arduous process that involves the construction of sewerage systems by specialists with the resources to undertake such tasks.
Shares of EMS Ltd. were trading at Rs. 325.80, down 0.96% from previous close of Rs. 328.95. The stock opened at Rs. 331.95 and reached an intraday high of Rs. 337.50 and low of Rs. 317.30. The company currently has a market capitalization of Rs. 2,210 crores.
