Bengaluru, July 29 -- Small finance banks spent much of FY26 working through a microfinance stress cycle that pushed up provisions across the sector. With that cleanup largely complete, investors are now watching whether lenders such as this bank can convert stabilising asset quality into a sustained return on assets, rather than a single strong quarter.
