India, Aug. 24 -- India's chemical sector seems poised to grow into an important sector due to rising domestic demand, expanding production capacity, and international efforts to diversify sources.

Specialty chemicals, agrochemicals, fluorochemicals and chemical intermediates may become an important part of this growth story considering India's export target of $81 billion by 2030.
