India, Aug. 7 -- Google has agreed to a $7.5 million settlement over allegations that YouTube TV failed to properly disclose the terms of its automatically renewing subscriptions to customers in California, with eligible subscribers able to claim an estimated $92 cash payment before the end of the month.

The proposed settlement resolves a class action, Dutcher v Google LLC, et al., filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, which alleged that YouTube and Google failed to meet all of the disclosure requirements set out in California's Automatic Renewal Law when selling automatically renewing YouTube TV subscriptions.
