India, Nov. 5 -- Xiaomi is preparing a major software update for its smartphones and tablets, with HyperOS 4 scheduled to reach 82 devices across its Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco brands by December 2026. The update brings a redesigned interface, expanded artificial intelligence features and performance improvements, with newer flagships and several older models included in the rollout plan.

The global stable rollout reportedly began on Tuesday, following an earlier beta programme.
