India, July 9 -- Nneka Ogwumike starred with an impressive all-round performance, finishing with 24 points, eight rebounds and five assists as the Los Angeles Sparks defeated the Indiana Fever 106-92 on Wednesday night. The victory ended the Sparks' three-game losing streak and came against an Indiana side boosted by the return of Caitlin Clark.

Clark was back on the court after missing the previous two games with a back injury, but the Fever guard was unable to make her usual impact. She scored nine points in 16 minutes as Indiana fell to 12-9 on the season, while the Sparks produced one of their strongest performances to secure a convincing win.
