India, Aug. 24 -- Enes Kanter Freedom has given his account of the incident with Chicago Sky guard Natasha Cloud that ended with him being removed from Sunday's WNBA game against the Indiana Fever. The former NBA center said the confrontation started after he celebrated a three-pointer by Fever guard Sophie Cunningham while seated near the baseline at Wintrust Arena.

According to Freedom, Cloud approached him a few possessions later and told him that Cunningham was not going to sleep with him before continuing to use profanity. He said he responded by making it clear that he was only supporting Cunningham and standing up for women, before the confrontation escalated and arena security intervened.
