India, July 6 -- After a match-winning show against DR Congo, Harry Kane will look to continue his impressive form when England take on FIFA World Cup co-hosts Mexico in demanding conditions in Mexico City. The Three Lions had to dig deep to secure qualification for the Round of 16. After conceding an early goal, they had to wait until the 75th minute when Kane equalised. The Bayern Munich striker completed his brace a few minutes later, as England edged the contest 2-1.

Mexico, on the other hand, comfortably overcame Ecuador in the Round of 32. Julian Quinones and Raul Jimenez scored back-to-back goals in the first half to establish their dominance. Ecuador were unable to produce anything significant.
