India, July 19 -- Controversial influencers Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate were arrested in Miami, Florida, on Saturday following an extradition request from the United Kingdom. The arrests come after British prosecutors announced 38 additional criminal charges against the brothers. The two continue to deny all allegations.

What Are The New Charges Against Andrew And Tristan Tate?

The UK's Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said the new charges were filed after Bedfordshire Police submitted additional evidence.

Andrew Tate faces 32 new charges, including:

Seven counts of rape

Three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation

Three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm
