India, Nov. 1 -- Modi's politics is anchored in positivity, progress and the possibilities of a stronger India, while Rahul Gandhi's politics appears increasingly consumed by negativity, criticism, toxicity and digression.

Politics, to me, has never been about blindly following a personality, worshipping a political party or surrendering one's independent judgment to an ideology. It has always been about leadership, competence, conviction, character and, most importantly, the ability to shoulder the responsibility of governing a nation as complex and consequential as India. This is precisely why, when confronted with a choice between Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi, I will always choose Modi.
