India, July 20 -- Tom Stoltman, the three-time World's Strongest Man champion, is set to take on a new challenge away from competitive strongman events. The Scottish athlete has officially joined the cast of BBC's Gladiators ahead of the hit show's fourth series where he will compete as one of the superhuman Gladiators against contestants.

Produced by Hungry Bear Media and MGM Alternative UK, a division of Amazon MGM Studios, Gladiators will return to BBC iPlayer and BBC One in 2027. While the broadcaster has confirmed Stoltman's casting, details including his Gladiator name and first look will be revealed at a later date.
