India, July 29 -- Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov has once again found himself at the centre of international attention after Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) accused him of facilitating terrorism and placed him on the country's wanted list. Russian authorities allege that Ukrainian intelligence used Telegram's channels, chats, and bots to recruit Russian citizens for attacks inside the country.

Pavel Durov has strongly denied the accusations, calling them politically motivated and part of a broader effort to tighten state control over digital communication.
