Fox is set to receive one of television's most prestigious humanitarian honours at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards which brings the actor's extraordinary career and decades of advocacy back into the spotlight. Best known for playing Alex P. Keaton on Family Ties and Marty McFly in the Back to the Future films, Fox has built a legacy that goes far beyond his work on screen.

The Television Academy has announced that Fox will be presented with the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award at the 2026 Emmy Awards for his significant contribution to Parkinson's disease research and advocacy.
