India, Oct. 5 -- Trump Super Intelligence Force: Artificial intelligence has moved from a technology debate to a national priority in Washington, and President Donald Trump has now created a new federal task force to steer that effort. The president announced the "Super Intelligence Force" on Sunday, putting Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton at the centre of his administration's latest push to maintain US leadership in advanced AI.

Trump said the new group will coordinate the federal government's work with technology companies, consumers, public-interest organisations, religious groups and critical infrastructure providers. The task force will report directly to Trump and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.
