India, July 6 -- Bryan Johnson, the Silicon Valley tech mogul known for pouring millions into anti-ageing research, revealed he has autoimmune gastritis, a chronic disease that leads your body to attack the stomach lining. At the age of 48, Johnson, whose life and reputation revolve around elongating the human lifespan, says he aims to turn things around, even if doctors currently offer no cure.

Diagnosis After Years of Unexplained Symptoms
