Regarding the paper leak incident concerning the Junior Engineer examination conducted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC), Arun Kumar, an absconding operator-director of the agency that organised the exam, was detained by a special team. The apprehension happened nearly four years after the exam was cancelled in 2022, according to officials' statements. Kumar is originally from Nalanda in Bihar, and he was arrested in Mumbai on August 10 and then sent to judicial custody.
