India, Sept. 25 -- The tragic circumstances surrounding the death of a three-year-old boy in Suffolk have been detailed during a coroner's inquest, revealing that the child slipped out of a public play area through a damaged boundary.

Noah Woods, who was partially deaf, non-verbal, and undergoing an assessment for autism, was found dead in a local lake on September 16 following a massive community search. The inquest heard that the toddler managed to evade a relative by squeezing through a gap in the playground's fence before disappearing near a local pond in Brantham.
