India, June 10 -- Amid the TMC MPs' fallout, the leader of the Congress Party, Sonia Gandhi, has urged Trinamool Congress' chief Mamata Banerjee to join Congress and coordinate closely with the party, strengthening a united front against the opposition Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Mamata Banerjee and Sonia Gandhi pledged mutual cooperation during a meeting between them organised at Gandhi's 10 Janpath residence in New Delhi.
