When Kunal Kemmu and Preity Zinta share screen space, it adds a spark. They do not play in the same lane, so their scenes feel lively. In the beginning, the movie takes its time. It introduces the characters in a calm way and sets up the main issue step by step. It does not hand over every detail right away. This slow pace works because it keeps you alert for what comes next. The acting helps a lot here too. A few early twists also add flavor. Even if some moments seem like they have been seen before, the film still manages to feel like its own thing. After the break, though, things slip.
