India, Aug. 25 -- US Military Plane Moscow Flight: A rare US military flight into Moscow has turned into a major diplomatic mystery after reports said CIA Director John Ratcliffe travelled to Russia for meetings with Russian officials. Ratcliffs reportedly arrived aboard a US Air Force C-17 Globemaster III that flew from Riga, Latvia, to Moscow on Tuesday, marking his first known trip to Russia since becoming CIA Director.

Several media reported his presence in Moscow, although neither the CIA nor the Kremlin has publicly disclosed details of the visit.
